Kokomo Waters

We had the pleasure of staying at Kokomo Waters for the second year in a row, and once again, we had an absolutely amazing time! This is truly a beautiful and relaxing place to make memories with family. We especially enjoyed spending time swimming, fishing, watching the aquatic life, and simply sitting back and watching the boats and barges go by. There is something so peaceful and enjoyable about being right on the water and taking in all the beautiful surroundings. We are so grateful for another wonderful stay and the opportunity to enjoy everything Kokomo Waters has to offer. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning again in the future! Our annual trip to Rockport was once again a huge success thanks to the perfect house and hosts! From morning coffee on the deck to afternoon cocktails in the pool to dinners around the grill. It is fantastic for a large group and comes with everything you need. We had 16 people and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. We will be back again next year, of course, because the best memories are made when you are with the people you love, and you have the best place to stay.

Kokomo Waters is a great house for large families or a group of friends. We have been coming for many years now and the hosts are always very accommodating. The house have everything needed for cooking indoors or outdoors. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and T.P., and the pool is a great during the summer. They have added some new decking, chairs, and painted the house. Everything looks great. Thanks again for a great June 2026 trip. Already looking forward to 2027. Billy Joe Billeck

We’ve stayed here so many times, this feels like our second home. We got to meet the owners, and they are just as sweet as I knew they would be. This is a wonderfully furnished, well equipped home, and our grandkids and adult adults too love the fishing.

We have stayed here before. And was very surprised about how a lot of things didn’t work. Ceiling fan, lights inside, grill outside is filthy dirty and is grill falling apart, the hot tub didn’t work but we were notified before hand, shower outside is broken, the sink bathroom downstairs was getting clogged. A lot of roaches outside and inside of the house. Our stay was uncomfortable.
