Wonderful experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating and great people to work with. This is our second time staying here for our annual family get together and it just always feels like a home away from home. It literally has everything you could think of needing. The pool was so fun for the kids and the fishing pier was great for the guys. We caught plenty of fish and even a sting ray. My daughter even saw dolphins in the morning which completely made our weekend stay even more magical. We can’t wait until next year!

We had the pleasure of staying at Kokomo Waters for the second year in a row, and once again, we had an absolutely amazing time! This is truly a beautiful and relaxing place to make memories with family. We especially enjoyed spending time swimming, fishing, watching the aquatic life, and simply sitting back and watching the boats and barges go by. There is something so peaceful and enjoyable about being right on the water and taking in all the beautiful surroundings. We are so grateful for another wonderful stay and the opportunity to enjoy everything Kokomo Waters has to offer. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning again in the future! We enjoyed our stay here very much! We swam in the pool, fished, cooked, and hung out on the deck with our family and it was a really good time. It’s perfectly located between Rockport and Aransas Pass so it was just a short drive to any store you needed! The hosts ere very nice and responded quickly to any question we had! Will definitely go again!

The view is beautiful. We saw dolphins twice. The home was clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. A/C worked so well. Shampoo and soap provided in some bathrooms. Fishing from the backyard was lousy because there were so many fast boats zipping by. Furniture in the living room and outside ate great. Overall a very nice place.
