Kokomo Waters

We’ve stayed here so many times, this feels like our second home. We got to meet the owners, and they are just as sweet as I knew they would be. This is a wonderfully furnished, well equipped home, and our grandkids and adult adults too love the fishing.

We have stayed here before. And was very surprised about how a lot of things didn’t work. Ceiling fan, lights inside, grill outside is filthy dirty and is grill falling apart, the hot tub didn’t work but we were notified before hand, shower outside is broken, the sink bathroom downstairs was getting clogged. A lot of roaches outside and inside of the house. Our stay was uncomfortable.

The Kokomo house in Rockport, Tx is a great place to get away and relax. We have been vacationing at Kokomo for 10 years. We have a large family and the house is always so accommodating. The pool is great way to beat the heat during the day. The fishing lights are a hit with the kids a night. We always catch something. We really enjoy the house and already planning next years trip.

What can I say? AMAZING! This beautiful home is very spacious, not only on both floors, but also the back yard where we spent most of our time. Swimming pool, hot tub, corn hole, gas grill, benches and roof and night lights on waters edge for fishing. And ALL in working order. And then there is the kitchen, (we like to cook). There are many sizes of pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards, even a hand mixer! And then there is the large assortment of kitchen gadgets. And much more. We are definitely going again and spreading the word to all. Let’s not forget the ice machine! Thank You!
