Love this house!

We’ve stayed here a few times and each time feels like our home away from home. We fished, we swam, and we had a great stay! Can’t wait until the next time!

Kokomo Flats

We had the BEST stay for Mother's Day weekend. All amenities were included as promised, house was clean, instructions were clear for check in/out, location was perfect, etc. We hope to continue to book at this location for future vacations!

What a fantastic place to have the kids and grandkids. The bonding that the grandkids had was so gratifying. With the pool, the beach was not an issue. Everything you needed was either provided are very close by. Mr. and Mrs. Albright, the hosts for this property could not have been better. See y’all again next year.

We have stayed at Kokomo Flats numerous times and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The owners are very responsive with any questions or problems. We especially like the upstairs deck with the beautiful view!!!
