Kokomo Flats

I wish the wind had cooperated more, but the property was fantastic.

The house and amenities were as described by the host and pics on the site. Excellent fishing and views and pool and spa access. Nothing was a surprise or an issue when it comes to staying in a home that is not your own. We had a few questions and the host was on top of it!!!

It was decent but definitely not worth what we paid for it. You have to travel across a ferry to get to a nice beach and you can tell It’s an old home and very used. with that being said we did enjoy our time there, but I probably won’t rent again.

For 31 years, Rockport has been our home away from home in June. We’ve been at the original Kokomo for the last 10 years, I think, and due to our growing family, some of us have moved over to Kokomo Flats, which is now our “home at our home away from home”. We love it- it suits our family perfectly. The kids love the bunks, the pool, the fishing, and the grownups love the space, the comfortable beds, the views, and the proximity to downtown Rockport and Fulton! We will be back next year! Thank you!

The house was great along with communication with the host. House was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We wished we’d caught more fish, maybe next time! Pool was fantastic too!
