What a fantastic place to have the kids and grandkids. The bonding that the grandkids had was so gratifying. With the pool, the beach was not an issue. Everything you needed was either provided are very close by. Mr. and Mrs. Albright, the hosts for this property could not have been better. See y’all again next year.

We have stayed at Kokomo Flats numerous times and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The owners are very responsive with any questions or problems. We especially like the upstairs deck with the beautiful view!!!

Perfect family home

This summer was our 30th year to visit Rockport, and our 4th generation has been along for the ride for the last few years. This house accommodated 6 adults and 4 children perfectly! Having room to spread out was great! The pool was kid-friendly, amenities were great. We will be back!
