For 31 years, Rockport has been our home away from home in June. We’ve been at the original Kokomo for the last 10 years, I think, and due to our growing family, some of us have moved over to Kokomo Flats, which is now our “home at our home away from home”. We love it- it suits our family perfectly. The kids love the bunks, the pool, the fishing, and the grownups love the space, the comfortable beds, the views, and the proximity to downtown Rockport and Fulton! We will be back next year! Thank you!

We have stayed at both Kokomo Waters and Kokomo Flats. Both are absolutely perfect for our large family. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

Love this house!

Kokomo Flats

We had the BEST stay for Mother's Day weekend. All amenities were included as promised, house was clean, instructions were clear for check in/out, location was perfect, etc. We hope to continue to book at this location for future vacations!
